A Hundred Islands, A Thousand Memories
March 2024

We went to several places in Pangasinan, but the one that stood up the most, the Hundred Islands National Park. It is one of the Philippines’ most iconic coastal destinations. From the moment we arrived, the view of countless islands scattered across the emerald waters was breathtaking. Each island seemed to have its own personality, some with white sandy beaches perfect for swimming, others with rocky cliffs.

We spent the day island-hopping by boat, feeling the sea breeze on our faces and the sun warming our skin. During our trip, we explored five islands, each offering something unique. Some has stunning rock formations, crystal-clear waters perfect for a swim, and fun activities like ziplines, diving spots, or even visiting a religious statue. Every island had its own charm, making each stop a new adventure. The variety and beauty of the islands made the entire experience feel like a dream come true.
After a day of adventure, we went back to the port by riding a boat. It was a peaceful, magical moment that perfectly capped off our Hundred Islands experience. This trip reminded me why exploring our own country can be just as thrilling as traveling abroad because every island, every view, and every wave made memories that will last a lifetime.
